Lived on Mimosa for years. Hood sucked. Should've kept going and used Stuart.

I was delivering to Hood(pre-GPS era) and checking the block number on the section to the right before deciding to turn on to lefthand section of Hood.

Looks like it's not so cut and dry looking at these backwards LA traffic laws.

Regardless, driver B got the ticket. I would think that should be enough right?

The LSU Booster who owned the 300z Maurice Carter was driving paid for the damages. I never met him, just got a check in the mail a week after I sent him estimate.

Carter was PISSED at me like the OP is pissed at Driver A. But ultimately he was glad not to get a ticket.

I think I'm dealing with a much different demographic.

Based on my remarks, do people really think I'm Driver B or am I just being fricked with? I can never tell on here

Well it's a clearcut case of Driver B being at-fault. If you defended B, then we assumed it was you pissed off at Driver A.
I've been Driver A as in my example. I know I fricked up and misled him by looking/leaning right before turning left, but you still can't pass on those streets. And I had blinker on.

Woops I meant to say driver B. I'm Driver A. I never defended driver B. Clearly said they got the ticket.

Driver B. As a driver, you never assume.

Yeah she was mad. I never spoke to her just heard her yelling in her car.

I mean I accept some negligence, it was 5 am I was tired as frick going to work and probably could've been more careful. I don't blame her, I've done the same shite many times most likely in a rush. But when it comes to legality, who's gonna pay the piper? The cop thought she should and I agree, but I won't bash her for it.

If B exhibits even the tiniest amount of patience and waits, at most 2 seconds, until A is out of his lane of travel this accident never happens. B's fault.

Any mother fricker that does this should be rammed.

This is accurate in LA, or at least it was the law. You are responsible for traffic in both directions.
