This just happened to a coworker of mine. A cox van was slowing down with no blinker on, my coworker went in the left lane to pass him, the cox van turned left and hit my coworker on the passenger side and pushed him in the ditch, cop got there and the cox van was at fault. Cop said my coworker did everything right, no solid line so he had the right away to pass.

Yes the cops came and gave her a ticket, which is why I'm confused why she is disputing.

But I'm hearing mixed opinions about how sometimes the ticket isn't the end all be all.

I just need my fricking car door fixed.
