Wasn't there a Chinese kid that disappeared a while back from there and an Indian kid who disappeared around 2011 or 2012?

This name is almost as tragic as the story.

Pretty sure Chicken is right.

UVA is not far from my parents house so I have been following pretty close.

Am following. The nurse assistant is suspicious, but just not sure. I do not think she will be found alive. Sad.

Why is the nursing student a suspect? Just because he was seen with her?

Last person seen with her. And,

Turned himself in, asked for a lawyer, talked to him and then ran away, they haven't seen him since.

At least that's what I read.

And they searched his house and car, but still haven't seen him (again from what I just read)

The way I understood the story is he was allowed to leave, and just got in trouble for speeding away . Maybe they are trying to get him back in custody while they look for something to stick?

Because he's guilty and criminals don't always comply with law enforcement?

I'm not saying he's not guilty. This is the first I've heard of the story and only read the linked article. I just wondered if they had more evidence than he was seen with her

Have you never watched a crime show before? Always got to find the last person that was with the now-deceased.
