Who eats at Applebee's?

Every time I drive by its packed with a line outside for basically a frozen dinner heated up. So many better options in the same price range. Same could be said for Chillis, etc. I don't get it.

They actually have decent burgers and fajitas. My kids like to eat at Chili's..... Not my first choice but there's a couple safe options and those are two.
