Should be mandatory. There are plenty of whiteys with an identity crisis that need to be healed too.

If you really cared about about the importance of diversity in our college universities then you should insist that this class be open to whites only.

Unbelievable, you're so entrenched in your privilege that you feel entitled to the racism that you've created and only you are capable of. Non whites don't need this course, as racism is a uniquely white problem, but to deny other races the opportunity to be racist is even more racist and something that only a privileged and racist white mind could invent, even though other non whites are incapable of racism.
