Uber. They just have more cars. I never have to wait.

How are you using that Lyft deal twice? The second time I tried it said only new users could use it.

Why didn't you contact the driver?

You can contact your Uber driver through the app

I have noticed Lyft has a lot more deals.

Around here they very frequently have 50% off rides for weekday rides. I've used that deal a handful of times for weekday happy hours.

It never gave me a driver or anything. It just took me straight to the map after I clicked the request button.

Yeah then something was def off on the app.

It is supposed to assign you a specific driver. The pic of the driver with their name and what their car looks like pops up and they give you the option of contacting them.

I typically use uber the most (mostly out of habit), but a lot of drivers here (NYC) have been promoting Juno as they get paid more (cut is only 10% vs 20-30% for Uber and Lyft) and the ride prices are the same.

Unlike a lot of other cities, most drivers drive for multiple services here.

I prefer Lyft, used it in vegas and it was great.

Tried Uber in N.O. a couple weeks ago and didn't care for the app etc...so went with Lyft the rest of the time there.

ive used a couple other promotions as well, just check your junk email you use. Lyft sends me promotions from time to time and that's where I got this one again.

Lyft because they actually care about repeat riders and give promos all the time. I finally got my first one from Uber for one ride.

Depends on where you go. Some cities Uber more, others use Lyft more. In BR there's only Uber so that's what I use.

Uber used to give a ton of promotions. Once they gained market share/users they cut back on discounts. Lyft has started to try and take share by giving promotions/marketing the drivers being better to gain users.

For personal use I use Lyft, for multiple reasons. I find the app/nav to be superior, as well as the drivers. I feel like every shite stick/cab driver uses uber and only drivers who know more about ride sharing use Lyft. This might make zero sense to many of you but in my experience makes a lot of sense. I've had way too many uber driver who have no clue where the frick they're going.

However, if I am traveling for business I use Uber everytime so I can request a black/select and expense that shite

I also like that uber $ go directly in to my SPG account

i have never ever had this happen... although I admit I may have averaged one uber every 2 weeks for the last 3-4 months... but I have avg probably 5-6 Lyft rides a week.

But on neither have I ever had an actual cab pull up to get me.
