Youngsville, Broussard, or the southern side of Lafayette. You'll love it here

While I agree with you, I can see why people move there now. It's a quick drive to the Southside and all of the oil field shops off of 190. It's also a way to send your kids to schools where there won't be too many Davante's or Briananeesha's without paying out of the arse for private schools. It's basically Lafayette's Prarieville/Zachary. I almost built a house off of Johnson/E. Broussard and the property insurance was going to be ridiculous (flood maps?).
