I have to agree...another one in that strata would have to be Tchula, MS. last time I went through Tchula, was a weekday morning and there were people just hanging all out in the streets doing nothing but getting fricked up. no hope of any employment or anything else....

The worst place I have personally lived was in Iraq. I would imagine it is worse in some third world African shithole like what you have pictured.
