Where does St. Pats rank in the Tier 2 holiday group?

New Years is 1a, st paddy's is 1b

Number 2 behind New years.

Only because some people get off of work for one and not the other.

1) NYE because I have NYD off, there are parties, and football.

2) St Pat's

It should be tier 3. Tier 2 should be reserved for federal holidays that aren't really celebrated but still give you a Monday off.

I petition to:
-Move Valentines, Cinco de Mayo, and St Patricks to tier 3
-Move Labor Day and Memorial Day to tier 2 because of the 3 day weekends
-Add Steak and BJ day to tier 1

Independence Day is tier 1 imo fwiw iyam tbh
