Polos yeah, but button downs, no. That's why they sell shirts of all different colors to wear under them if you chose that option, especially the lighter weight button downs. Nobody wants to see your chest hair, And no, not shaving my chest hair, because I have a penis and way past puberty, and not remotely interested in attracting women who are turned off to men that have hair on their chests.

I wear a v-neck. Can't stand the white shirt showing around the neck, but I sweat too much not to wear them .
I feel like a undershirt sticking out the top of your shirt is pretty much like having your boxers show out of the top of your pants. Obviously not as bad, but undergarments aren't meant to be seen.
