When did people start bringing their dogs everywhere?

Your dog, especially if it’s a big arse dog, does not belong at brew pubs, festivals, or really anywhere there could be children. I’m sorry you have such a large void in your life that your emotional stability relies on the presence of your animal 24/7. I’m sorry you have such a poor personality that you use your dog as a personality replacement. Maybe look into getting mental health treatment or bettering yourself in general instead of subjecting everyone and their children to potentially being scratched or bitten by your dog. Even if your dog would never harm a flea, it’s still taking up space and bringing dirt and hair into areas where people are eating and trying to relax away from their own dogs. Seriously, grow up.

brew pubs
A lot of the brew pubs around here advertise that they’re dog friendly and even have bring your dog nights.

Snow flakes can't even coexist in the real world without help.

You sho is mad.
If they're dog friendly and have water bowls and stuff for the dogs, then yes, they do belong by design of the business. It's fun for us and our friends to all bring our dogs to some of these places.
Maybe you should stop going to dog friendly places and let the free market decide where dogs belong.
Yeah man, my golden doodle is really a threat.

I'd much rather people bring dogs than children to the places you mentioned

This.
I love how the OP just assumes a majority has his POV, when in reality the surge of "dog friendly" places shows he is probably in the minority.
Even if I'm dogless, I love seeing and petting dogs at all the places mentioned in the OP.
Dogs > most humans >>>>>>>>> OP

Like children, I don't mind well behaved dogs in public places in the least. But also like children, misbehaving dogs in public places are the worst. It's why I don't bring my dog anywhere. She's way too hyper to deal with and would quickly get on everyone's nerves.

Right... Just wanting the Attention... Dogs don;t belong in Bars.. and if you have a kitchen you can get shut down...
When I was running a live music bar... I had to turn away dogs all the time.. and then once.. I had 3 tables of about 15 women sit down and one had a Chiwawa. As I approached the table one of the women looked at me and said: "You got a problem with a service dog?"
Now this Chiwawa was no more of a service dog than my pet goldfish... But I knew if I kicked the dog out I was gonna have 15 women argue with me, plus they would all over facebook and ever other social media there was calling me an Inhuman, Bastard and my place sucked...
So... Little Pepe' the Dog got to stay and hear the Band.

The more mutts the merrier. There has never been a canine that didn’t suck less than you.

Was at Broken Compass Brewing in Breckenridge last week and there were a couple of dogs off leash. One of which came up and started humping my son's leg. The owner apologized but why the frick wasn't the dog on a leash in the first place?
I'm not anti dog either. We have 5 dogs of our own. Just be a responsible dog owner. It's not that hard.

I have acute PTSD from being forced to play dodgeball in 6th grade and I need my Great Dane to help me cope with it. You'll have to deal with it because I'm not changing for anyone. You must conform to my lifestyle.
