Do exactly what I say, and we'll get along fine. Do not question me or talk back in any way. You do not have the right to object to anything I may say or ask you to do, or ask for clarification if my demands are unclear or contradictory. You must obey me under all circumstances without hesitation, no matter how arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory, or blatantly racist my commands may be. Anything other than immediate perfect servile compliance will be labeled as resisting arrest, and expose you to the possibility of a violent reaction from me. That reaction could cause you severe injury or even death. And I will suffer no consequences. It's your choice: Comply, or die.
Judging from this board, many think this is totally logical and are ok with it.

The problem is, when there aren't violations. They can pull you over and say anything they want.

So some cops do suck?

Of course some suck.

I'm confused.

Yes.

I'm not going to just run around being cool with cops because they have a badge.

You should show all people kindness on an individual basis until they give you a reason not to, whether they are wearing a badge has nothing to do with it.

I'm also not going to go out of my way to be a jerk either.

Lots of people do and they are not doing the rest of us civilians a damn bit of good.

Thankfully I don't have to worry about that because I'm a rich white guy. I could probably walk down the road doing bong rips and barely get a slap on my rolex wearing wrist.

I don't believe you.

and this incident in Little Rock happened in the last 24 hours.

Sending in SWAT, really?

quote:

A man killed himself with a rifle on Sunday after barricading himself inside an east Little Rock home, prompting a standoff with a Little Rock police tactical squad and a neighborhood evacuation. Little Rock police responded to a call reporting multiple shots fired at 7004 Fourche Dam Pike at 6:12 p.m. Sunday, department spokesman Lt. Steve McClanahan said. Responding officers found a man barricaded inside the home with a gun and body armor, so the SWAT team was called, McClanahan said.

Police heard at least one shot while on the scene, and by 8:30 p.m., SWAT members found the man dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities evacuated the surrounding homes, and neighbors told police the house at 7004 Fourche Dam Pike was vacant, police said. Police believe the deceased is a 36-year-old white male, but his name wasn't released because the crime lab had not officially confirmed his identity.

Simple answer:
"When thugs decided to be thugs".
I'm all for it.
