I'm allergic to aspirin, so I'm scared to try anything. I trust Tussin and Benadryl so I roll with that.
Kind of have the chills and feel like a zombie. The only thing that feels good is laying down. fricking miserable.

Just squeeze it up your nose?

Yep. Spray it in one nostril and let it drain down the other. If I get a sinus headache, I try to use it before I have to take meds.

A netti pot. Gross as hell but worth it. In short, it is a small tea pot that you use to rinse your sinuses with a spine wash. You use distilled or purified water only.

Neti pot. Works better than antibotics.

Give a guy a BJ.
Works every time.

Netti pot. I have sinus drainage 24/7 but the netti pot will clear me up for a day when it gets real bad

Robitussin for night-time coughs.
That disgusting blue Tylenol liquid for a sore, scratchy throat.

I thought neti pot could kill you? Or was that from people using dirty water?
I recently got back to using the saline spray. It's like instant relief.

If your water is contaminated with brain-eating amoeba, then a neti pot can allow the amoeba to enter your nasal cavity.

Sometimes you'll get water draining out of deep sinus passages hours after the process, which feels good but can be embarrassing as hell depending on the circumstances.

I try a couple of things and they can help, sometimes a lot.
1. I go into the spice cabinet in our kitchen and pick up our can of Tony Chachere dry seasoning. Shake it. Open top. Sniff a few times. I'll often start sneezing from the peppery stuff in it and that either clears out the brick (pressure feeling) in my head or gets my sinuses to start draining.
2. My other go-to is to get a cup of warm tap water and add a fair amount of salt to it, stir, and then inhale a fair amount of that warm water into my nostrils from a cupped hand. If there's enough salt in it, there will be a burn sensation but it will also get things draining.
Beyond that allegra or zyrtec over the counter allergy meds, and maybe one of the better nasal sprays recently released to over the counter availability (ask pharmacist).

You should be goos with anything that has Tylenol in it, as they doun't mix that with aspirin very often.....
Fwiw, if you read the ingredients on cold meds, you will quickly see that there only 5 or 6 active ingredients that are used in cold meds.....basically, they all contain the same thing...
