Unel is a terrible Econ teacher, take any class you can with Chanda.
Stay away from econometrics.

Had Unel for 4710. Nice guy but couldn't understand him at all. 4520 was easy as frick with Stahl.
Chanda, Koray, and Stahl FTW

How many hours of class is that? Aren't you in grad school?

IIRC, I thought I heard Stahl's classes were miserable? Have you heard anything about Richardson? I know he's one of LSU's head economists.

Most people dislike Stahl's classes. I only took him for 4000 level elective classes though. So I'm sure there's a difference between him teaching in those classes and the first 3 weed out Econs. I always enjoyed his class though.

I thought Stahl gave good lectures, he just wasn't very clear on what would be on the tests. I dropped his class after I made a 60 on the first test after a 20 point curve

Looks like this semester is going to be a big bitch.
You're off 5 days a week and taking 15 hours. Appreciate what you have while you have it. You can never go back to this.

Already used 1 month if vacation to study and take Step 2. Using my other one at the end of the year.
2nd semester will be awesome though. 1 month of online courses followed by 1 month of a do nothing course. Then another do nothing clinic.
Still gotta find one more bum elective for April.
