This pride thing sounds like a good chance for me to go be the clown I repress in normal public situations. I always ask my wife and kids how embarrassed would they be if I stood up in the Olive Garden and started dancing around tables and howling like a wolf. If I understand it correctly, I could not only do that at the pride parade but do it wearing only a speedo and a werewolf mask. And nobody has to know I am there. "Honey, I have a fishing tournament Saturday. Be home late." This actually sounds like a good way to get the crazy out once a year.
