what would you do? on a plane...

flew home yesterday and we sat on the runway for 20 minutes before we took off, and then i had to stay in my seat for the next 15 minutes until it was safe to move about in the cabin.

meanwhile, the whole time i had an uneasy feeling in my stomach that something bad was about to happen. i had eaten Indian the night before and it was starting to hit me. i had a window seat and it was a full flight. i started sweating pretty bad and was dreading what might have to happen.


ive never had to fart so bad in my life, so my only option was to act like i was asleep and lean my arse cheek to where it was muffling the sound against the cushioned seat.

i prayed to sweet Jesus that they wouldnt be bad, but that goat curry had other ideas. it smelt like a New Dehli outhouse within a 10 foot radius of 14F


i managed to get through the first 15 minutes of the flight, and the second the sound came on to get up, i dropped a load in that bathroom and did the walk of shame the whole way back to my seat.


what would you have done in a similar situation? what if it would have hit me while we were taking off? what is one to do? TIA
