Call the cops and have the 911 operator on the work phone while my wife filmed the incident with her phone.

Call cops as a grab my gun and wait. There's nothing important enough in my vehicle to warrant confronting whoever is breaking in to it.

I would grab my gun, stay inside my apartment, take a video of the guy, and call the cops.

Seth Fontenot, yes. Well he only got 13 months for killing one and shooting 2 others. Just hope you get the same judge, most of the others in the 15th JDC would have given him 20 + years.

A guy was shot & killed in Birmingham a few months ago because he walked out early in the morning on someone breaking in his car. It was a couple of teenagers and they just shot him as he walked out the door. The guy had a wife and two young kids and was shot because he happened to leave for the gym at the wrong time.
I think I'll just call the cops and let someone else be a hero in that situation.
