Mouse glue trap baited with ham. It sticks to their nose or paw. It will make them think twice about coming back!

Just went through this with my neighbors. They had two cats and they would use my flower bed as a liter box. Destroyed my flower bed. Talked to them 4 times and nothing changed. So I called animal control. Officer came out and gave a warning to them and dropped off a trap. I put the trap out in my flower bed and 10 minutes later one of the cats was caught. Called animal control to come pick it up. My neighbors had to go all the way to north baton rouge( we live in se baton rouge) to pick it up and pay a $60 fine. They called me and yelled at me. My response was I gave you 6 months to control them and they did nothing about it. So I took action. Now they are getting rid of them. I can't stand people that don't take responsibility for their animals and don't have respect for other people's property. And by the way this is a really nice neighborhood. But I guess it's true that money doesn't buy class.

yikes! That sounds like a situation with my boxer. That damn dog gets on my bed and when I tell her to get off then she digs in and sprints off the bed. I have a memory foam mattress topper.

Very nice! I have a similar problem. Apparently I have some HUGE rats that use my landscaping as a toilet. They are so large that their feces are similar in size to those of cats. Therefore, this weekend, in order to protect the residents of the area from these mutant rats, I am setting out traps for them. :)

Paintball gun, ghillie suit, a prime elevated spot, and patience...get 'em before he even reaches his destination that is your comfy hood. Of course your neighbors will prlly think youre a fricking idiot if they see you in a ghillie suit in a tree in your front yard but hey, a cat is a predator. Predators arent meant to be taken lightly. Im sure theyll understand. Mine did.

Confront neighbor and tell them that they will be responsible for damages caused by THEIR cat. If it continues, you will take action yourself.
I did this exact thing several years ago with a neighbor whose cat used my truck to sharpen his claws. She never let that cat out the house again.

This, talk with your neighbors and let them know there is a problem, if nothing is fixed, call authorities, would they do the same if your dog was at their house disturbing them? There is a leash law and it applies to dogs and CATS
