What would be one thing needed to be successful in life?

..other than physical attributes and being born into money?
You could be intelligent, and still be a moron.
My choice: Paying Attention
It makes school easier. You would get laid more by knowing when you're getting 'frick me' signals. You would know when something is about to go down, like a fight, and avoid getting sucker punched. A money making idea wouldn't pass you by, etc.
