What to do with a whores ipad

Im trying to turn over a new leaf here. so this is the situation. I was seeing this dancer chick (already posted pics). she was annoying as frick but worked in Atl on wknds so I didnt have to deal with her much. off and on for about 2 months
So she told me she was giving paid "massages" after her shows. I knew what that meant and was out. Only thing was I couldn't drive for a few weeks and needed her to take me to a DUI class out of town this one wknd (for a 2011 DUI before yall start talking shite) so I let her hang around for a few. well she pulls some dumb shite and makes me late to the fricking class. I had to take it all over again and re-pay the next weekend. Im good now, so dont fret about that
But we got in a huge fight on the way back. I said some things. She squealed off and left her iPad. Its been weeks and she hasnt called or texted. I wouldnt think twice about keeping it because taking the class over again cost me $500. but I realized she has data service on it which makes it feel like stealing. I really dont want to contact her or have her back over here. should I jailbreak it and just say frick it? or just do the right thing and throw it away
