The answer is nobody alive.

Reason I say this - if they could do it they would be doing so since touring is how they make money now. Heck of a lot less work to put on 1 maybe 2 shows a week at 80-100k a pop than fill basketball arenas 6 nights.

No. He's been selling out stadiums all tour. He sold out two nights in Nashville in the Titans' stadium.

His Bham one wasn’t sold out last time I checked a couple of weeks ago, and it’s in a much smaller stadium. Probably because a lot of people had already bought Nashville tickets.

Downvote all you want but money talks. Chesney is maybe the only other one doing this and he limits his tours to 3 months a year because he can’t sell out a stadium show 3 hours from the last one. Has to spread out.

Selling out arenas requires a little talent and name recognition. Selling out football stadiums consistently requires a mix of “a huge show”, nostalgia, and music people want to sing along to. Garth shows are a 3 hour sing along, and yes, Tiger Stadium will be ROARING when CBR starts up. Wish I could hear it.

You left off scarcity. This is Garth’s first tour since 2019, and before 2019 he hadn’t toured since 2017. I doubt he could sell out football stadiums today had he been touring consistently for the last 10-20 years. Arenas for sure, but not stadiums.

There’s more that I can rattle off but the first few that come to my mind are:

Taylor Swift
George Strait
Lady GAGA

Flame suit on. Garth Brooks is probably the all time most overrated performer ever!

I don't know, the dude does have a ton of energy. I remember reading how he played two shows at the Smoothie King Center in one day and played a total of 4 shows there from Friday to Sunday. I've never heard of anyone doing two shows in one night at the Smoothie King Center.

No he wouldn't.

There were plenty seats available in the "Sold-Out" Super Dome show in 2018 with Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves, and Midland opening for him.
Was maybe 50,000 fans there.

Is it supposed to be impressive that that many people have poor taste?

He played 390 shows between 2014-17. Took a year or two off and started the current stadium tour in 19(it was paused for Covid). Scarcity isn’t an issue anymore.

Anyone

George Strait didn't play Tiger Stadium. The Super Fest was moved to Super Dome. But he only sold 53k seats in the Super Dome in 2018. And that was with RED HOT Chris Stapleton opening for him.
