Right, but as Peazey explained the period before life thrives again could be bad news for mankind. And I'm not trying to sound alarmist, but I'll explain that reasoning.

Ecologically, everything is interconnected. If you have a large die off of one species it can directly impact a species that depends upon it for survival. Yes, other plants and animals can take advantage of an unoccupied niche, but what the new landscape will look like is uncertain.

So while regulations to reduce GHG emissions may not really matter, it is important to study and understand what areas are sensitive to climate change. This is important as land loss, habitat loss, and species loss will directly impact how we live our lives and where our food comes from.

Its naieve to not believe in a creator. There is absloutely zero proof that there isn't. The proof is all around you that there is. Something doesn't come from nothing.
