I bought an Ernest Emerson handmade CQC 6 with Micarta scales and titanium bolsters back in the 90's while I was in the Marines. Still own it to this day and it's the finest knife I've ever laid my hands on and it's been all over the world wherever I have been . Several companies make a more affordable Emerson model nowadays including Emerson Knives.

Ok, I had never heard of Kramer Knives but now I want one. Those look awesome and they aren't as expensive as I thought they would be. Thanks!

I have a Remington folding Pocket Knife that was my Grandfathers'.

I think they stopped producing them in 1937.

Schrade Sharp Finger fixed blade skinning knife.

I'll be the first to admit there are better knives out there, but you asked for my favorite. That's what my Granddaddy carried.
