It would fall into supercar category due to EPA if they did that. It doesn't need a V10. With APR mods I'm pushing almost 700 hp--stupid fast...0-60 in about 3.4 seconds!

IIRC you can buy fully restored power wagons from one place who does only that. $120k+ I believe.

Believe it...it is the most powerful car I've driven, and I've been in many exotics. The jump from 80 mph to 140 mph seems instant and absolutely effortless. And from 140 to 190 it seems like she will never run out of juice.
I put 10 gallons of 100 octane fuel in her for shits and giggles and WOW what a difference that made!! It was like an already explosive motor got a dose of steroids!
But alas, at $10/gal., I can't get hooked on thee 100

I have a list of cars I'd like that fall into the dream car category, but actually saw one on the back of car hauler today.
