What is the ultimate agenda?

In the past 6-8 months our society has seen great change and problems created by our government and the media.
Immigration
Black riots over police actions
Our military actively drilling on our own soil
The concept of white privilege being pushed down our collective throats
So, what do the media and government expect from this? Are they trying to create a race war? I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but something is driving all of this. What are your thoughts?
ETA: completely left out the Confederate flag flap

The agenda is to breed fear and confusion. This makes people spend money on consumable crap to "prepare" for the end. It's all a giant hoax. Don't buy into it.

Those who truly control the country are using the gatekeepers in the media to push the angst between black and white as a way of keeping the masses divided.
This country is ruled by big business and the Rich elites. Obama is actually the best thing that has happened for both the Republican Party and the Democratic Party this century. The divide "created" over him will fuel both parties for another 2 decades.
