2. Get your friends to share your status update

quote:No it isn't. It is $199.00 for 30 days. It is actually far cheaper to post than Monster(395) or Careerbuilder(419). Monster is cheaper per month but I think it is 395 for 60 days. Don't think they have a cheaper 30 day option.
LinkedIn is about $600.00/ad.

If interested send me an email to csrresume112@gmail and I will send you the links to the job posting and you can send in your info if interested.

Linked is pretty legit... but CareerBuilder will funnel the posting to several different portals.
The problem with LinkedIn, is that most of the people who use LinkedIn are already employed and not posting ads.
Also, have you considered using a Recruiter? The only people who click on ads are the ones who want to be found.

LinkedIn reminds me of Facebook for some reason but maybe I'm not using to it's best advantage. Too many people trying to sell me something.
I have thought about a recruiter and may reach out to one by next week if we don't get some good candidates. Some recruiters are just resume whores though. Some will send old resumes to any company, without the persons knowledge.

I'd be interested in trying it out. I work 14/14, and could jump over full time if it's working out.

TD really needs a classified board and a jobs board. I think it would work out very well for Chicken. I know I would use it to hire someone from LSU that graduated in business.

I agree, as long as the prospective employee/employer doesn't have an excessive post count...

man if it were closer to the New Orleans area I would jump at that. have tons of experience in logistics, currently lead supervisor of an O&G transportation company.

The company's external job board. Websites such as careerbuilder, etc., are junk. If a potential employee is interested in your company, then they would look at your company's website.

Location and pay are Madison, MS and pay range from $45k-90k + bonus depending on experience and knowledge.
Home office is a possibility but will try to find someone who can work from the office in Madison first.
