What do supporters of movements such as these really want to see happen?

A full scale civil war.
If you think these are organic you are fooling yourself.
This is all orchestrated. A fabricated movement.

The supporters are generally dumb sheep. Useful idiots.
The leaders hope to use it to vault themselves into positions of power/wealth.
Obama got his start this way.

They want to take part in something.

Attention and a premature excuse for their inevitable failure to adapt to the real world.

There is no endgame. They're just a bunch if idiots who have no sense of self worth so they create phantom causes to feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves.

Drama, play grownup for a while in college where it will not hurt them.

They realize they don't have any discernible talents so the only way to get famous is by being louder than anyone else while screaming "RACISM"
That's pretty much it
They want their 15 minutes and they want to feel important

when you consider many/most of these institutions mirror minority representation (exceed if you count asians, who are never counted for some reason), it's amazing to hear the protesters complain about feeling marginalized. how do they get through normal life? they can't possibly experience a more diverse slice of life in their actual lives

I seriously believe that their end game is segregation, completely destroying what actual civil rights leaders worked and died for.

At some point they'll have to accept responsibility and realize they can't blame anyone else.
