I've woken up and started boozing at 6am before when I was in college on Spring Break after a few hours of sleep and on other vacations but it's never been a normal thing.

6:00 AM bloody Mary's at the bhm airport on a 7:00 flight out to Baton Rouge when Troy played down there years ago.
And 6:30 AM on a fishing trip. We have a rule you can't have a beer until there's a fish in the boat. This old timer was with us and caught some bait fish and said technically we were ok to start drinking.

When we go to Belize the sun hits us from across the Caribbean at around 5:00, so I would say 5:02

Me and a buddy went deep sea fishing out of Zekes's Marina in Orange Beach. We got to the dock at about 5:30 A.M. and started drinking walking across the parking lot. I told him the rest of the guys were going to think we were alcoholics drinking that early. When we got to the boat there were about 5 Louisiana coon asses standing there and they had a garbage can between them that was already half full of beer cans.??

I don't remember an exact instance, but like some others say, it was almost certainly one of the times we started cooking early for a day game tailgate...

Never stopped from Lundi Gras through Mardi Gras some years.
Some years, about 5am while heading out to the parade route on Mardi Gras day.
Regular day, Not Mardi Gras time?. Probably around 9am or so when tailgating.

Drinking beer at 07:30 when fishing. Sipped some Sweet Lucy at 06:30 while duck hunting when it was frigidly cold.
