Pennington Biomedical Research Center, great fishing.

Someone fricked that up with access controlled admittance.

Isn't that a publically funded site?

All the Pennington land behind the center that's parallel to kenilworth.

You can go out there on a day like this and play for hours.

Seriously, there's a really cool tiny old cemetery just off Highland near the South gates of LSU

This is true, I use to swing by this cemetery and pick up flowers before my dates.

The highest concentration of homosexuals in Louisiana is in Baton Rouge.

The Pit Too off River Road. Not really BR, but $1.50 domestic beers, $2 imports. ($1 /$1.50 at happy hour). 10-15min drive from campus down River Road. Just past Roberto's, which I guess could be another "secret" for some.

Save-Mor Motherfrickin grocery store on Nicholson in the ghetto.

If you ain't scared of a possible armed robbery/gunshot wound they literally have the best deals in town on poboys

24" shrimp poboy - $4 Yes, I said 24" as in 2 feet

Buddy tried every one on the menu. Only puked from the grilled trout poboy

Piggly Wiggly, these are a dying breed else where, but where else can you get decent chicken gizzards and pigs feet?

Yep.

If you pay attention to things like this, you can wine and dine the ladies for very little scratch. Most people just don't know about it.
