I think it's a legit question that really exposed the pump issue. Would it mean NOLA would handle it better or worse than Houston? That's really not the question in my opinion the question is: what if this happened in NOLA and did we do everything within reason to be ready? The answer is no.

Last I watched a lot of the pumps still arent fixed yet. They dont have enough pump operators on staff.
