Pro-kodi folks trying to explain how it isn't stealing is awesome.

Right.

A person doesn't even have to download it, or host it, to be part of the pirating process.

A person can fxp from point A to point B and still be pirating.

Some people have no idea how it works are just looking for a way to free their consience.

I didint make any moral judgments. You said it was illegal. I just corrected you.

You are arguing a strawman.

You haven't corrected anyone. You buried your head in the sand.

Go ask you ISP about your Kodi useage. Lets see how that plays out.

YouTube it please.

DO you admit that there are many different apps for Kodi?

Those that dont function within a p2p environment are not illegal.

Kodi itself isn't "illegal" and neither are the apps that don't work within a p2p framework.

You keep saying things that are not true trying to argue from a position of "authority"

We are talking about legality, not morality.

The only thing I use kodi for is watching soccer matches that are not carried in the Untied STates.

Just messing brah. Figured you recognize me clowning.

Either way you're still wrong. You need to read up on copywrite infringement. You have no argument.

But I do like to cut up.

I know about copyright laws.

I also know that you’re violating them right now as you load this website in the same way that I stream movies.

Doesn't matter. If you stream, download, fxp or host copywrited material you are indeed pirating.

Skirt around those facts as you will, it's fun to watch the dance.

When you browse a website is a copy of it not stored in your browser cache?

It creates a cookie from a FREE website.

Vs.

Viewing copywrited material is not legal.

Just because a website is free to browse doesn’t mean you can violate copyright laws and download a copy of it.

Actually this is legal. I view copyrighted material everyday.
