i have to wear one if I go into the plant or visit a job site that requires ppe. I've never had a hardhat (or any kind) that would stay on my head unless cinched so tight so as to cut off blood supply. Hard hat usually ends up falling off if I look down therefore causing more of a safety issue than if I didn't have it on. I have a big ole round head.

I have to go offshore from time to time to pull some measurements. One trip there was a fella with his hard on backwards and tilted off to the side working about 20 feet up with the fall protection harness not connected. PIC had is arse on the next bird home. Some funny shite.

Fake photoshop. None are tied off with their harnesses. Big OSHA violation.
