I really need to do this. How long have you been doing this routine? results?

3 weeks, weight loss is hard to say as I fluctuate about 8 lbs between morning and evening weigh ins plus the scale i'm using is all jacked up...but i'm as low as 222 and as high as 230 . Starting weight was about 240 on the same scale.

I'm noticing increased stamina on the treadmill (gradually increasing speed/distance) and I've dropped a belt notch.

This is almost impossible to maintain for more than a short period of time for most people.

maintain my current weight or lose just a little off of it.

Gain some arm mussles

Dream goal: 6 pack abs, but I in no way would ever want to put for the kind of effort that would be required to achieve that

Not to mention it's pretty unhealthy.

There are a handful of people who can live there, but most of the general population will get sick at that low of BF.

Doesn't require more than a strict diet.

Not a problem as long as your calories are in check.

1) Be able to do a flip
2) Be able to rock climb
3) Eventually be able to finish a triatholon
4) Get some abs
5) Just be a guy that looks athletic

It's tough for me to do cardio, especially in the summer, due to my lung issue. I need to be eating healthier :/

Considering that I would rather eat burgers, pizza, po'boys, boudin balls, and fried seafood than be skinny is really going to torpedo that one pretty quick. I also don't really work out. I take the stairs at work (My office is on the 5th floor) and do some biking occasionally.
