Run a marathon? Bench press 500lbs? Complete a triathlon?

I have 3 silly little fitness goals as of right now, but I am sure the list will grow....

1). One armed chin-ups (both arms)
2). Walk on my hands
3). Muscle-ups

By next summer I think all 3 will be completed.

Right now I'm pretty out of shape, but still pretty strong. None of these goals are all that original, but it'd be nice.

1. Lose beer belly. Shouldn't be super hard for me and I usually have the ability to cut the excess pretty quickly, but I haven't been able to get my metabolism right after this winter.

2. Bench-press 315. We'll see if I can actually do it. My arms are very long and bench-pressing at 225, I need a spotter to help me lift the bar.

3. Curl 75 pound dumbbells
Not to far away actually. Maybe 2-3 months. I use 50s now.

4. Get to be able to do 200 push-ups in a rep. Used to do 50-60 a rep in my push-up days. My pain has made me stop doing them so much anymore.

5. Max out all the machines I use. Not to far from that.

6. Get some flexibility. I am not flexible at all. I might take a few yoga classes to get started.

Right now, gain about 15-20 pounds of muscle while maintaining 10% body fat.

I just want to do one physique competition next summer just to prove something to myself. I'm not into the mankini bodybuilding stuff, but I feel I can work my way to placing in a physique competition. My most recent goal was to bench 305, but I recently reached it so now my goal is 350. I'm 6'1 202-205 and would like to get to 215ish and have a really defined six pack. The hardest part for me is staying dedicated during hunting season, I do awesome the rest of the year.

Weigh less than I did on my wedding day

Lower my body fat %

More toned arms/shoulders/back

Tighter, toned butt and thighs

Flatter abs

Improve my times on my regular hikes and increase my cardio endurance (even though I hike all the time I always get easily winded/have difficulty breathing...so frustrating).

Be able to do real pushups and not the girly ones

1) Be able to do physically, whatever I want to do, my whole life.

2) Support physical and mental well being through a balanced lifestyle of work, leisure, nutrition and exercise.

3) Never wear over size 36 pants but shooting for 34's. .

4) Stay at it below my high school weight.

5) One day - decent abs.

I started cycling a few months ago, and recently started the paleo diet. Right now, I can ride 50 miles non stop (on weekends), but I would like to be able to do 100. I'm at my ideal weight (178 down from 195), but i would like to get "ripped". Other than that, I really don't have any goals .

Well I am 6'3" and 210. Not cut or anything. Just Lean. I run and stretch. Not a lot of gym lifting. My diet needs to change. too much bad food is my problem. Need more salad and greens.
