Maintain my current weight, I'm 6'2" 225lbs. I workout almost everyday but I need to get my diet in check. Need to tone up some.

I am 6' 190 lbs with 10% body fat. My goal is to stay this way. I don't care about how much weight I can lift or how big I am anymore. I just want to stay fit.

I've lost 100 lbs and gone from a 46" waist to 38". Working on getting down to 34". I'm 6'3" 235 right now, goal is 210 at the end. Still doing some lifting but mainly focused on getting my cardio up - running 2.25 miles per day right now, want to get to 4ish by the end of the year at a 6 mph pace.

Beer is my weakness - not shitty pilsners, but the good craft beer that is loaded with sugars and such. Like last night I hammered down a Russian Stout, an IPA, and 4 canned IPAs since I'm off work today. Will be back in the gym busting my arse again for the rest of the week trying to forget about drinking all that shite.

Olympic tri in October.

Sub 1:45:00 half-marathon in January (PR 1:49:06).

Lose about 2-3% bodyfat to get below 10% and maintain my weight at 219-220.

No goals. I just run so I don't get fat. Lift an occasional dumbbell to keep my nearly perfect physique

I think I could do this now if I had a bar with enough height clearance.

Also want to do pistols (one legged squats.) I used to be able to, but had an injury and haven't worked back up to them. And want to do a planche, and ideally, planche pushups.

Done - Maintain 25mph+ for an hour on my bicycle solo

Done - Ride 100 miles in lees than 4 hours on my bicycle in a group

Done - complete 6 gap century in under 4 hours

Not done - Ride 33 miles straight up the side of a volcano in Hawaii

Not done - win cat4 road race

Not done - move to cat3 and make podium

I heard exercise can help with depression, so I'm trying to get in shape enough so that I don't cry myself to sleep every night.

The start of the year my goal was to beat my personal best in pull-ups. Came close last week.

Eventually I want to be able to do a standing back flip. Not even close right now.

ETA: I've considered the idea of running a marathon, but the time it takes for training just isn't realistic for me so for the moment that's a distant goal.

Not sure if it will happen this year but I would like to run another half marathon and beat my time of 1:32
