I want to get down to 190 and be able to do 10 plus pullups in a row with 30 pounds on my back. Right now I'm 216 and can do 4 in a row.

I'd love to do the 1,000 club, but I've already been out of action for 3 out of the last 4 months due to back/arse bone issues. I dunno if going heavy is the smart play for a while haha.

Gonna lose 20-25 lbs. Might join a gym, but P90X usually gets me right before summer in 3-5 months.

Ride my bike at the Parish park north of Ruston. I can ride my exercise bike for 50 minutes on the fourth level (around 10 miles). Would like to get outside now that it's not so hot.

Kind of hard to increase maxes in the big lifts while also losing weight eh? I'm sure it can be done over time but I always thought you needed to focus on one or the other.

I'm recovering from 2nd degree burns after trying to bring down the internal temp of a turkey I was frying with a few trays of ice cubes.

Stringing together muscle ups is high on my list. I can do singles, and I can string together bar muscle ups, but I haven't gotten more than 2 ring muscle ups at a time.
I'd also really like to clean and jerk 225. Only at 185 currently.
