Goals:

Get back to 100% after Torn ACL Surgery
Consistent gains, pick up the cardio early in the year
Lose the 8 lbs. I've gained so far in recovery to get back to 190 lbs.

I'm around 170 to 173 and it has been hell gaining weight.

I'm right there with you. It takes a hell of a lot of lifting and forcing food down for me to gain weight. I'm stuck betweek 170-175. I'm still cut like when I was younger, but I can't make any gains in weight. How old are you?

Used to be in excellent shape about a year and a half ago. Then an injury took me out about 3 months, and I've been lazy with my diet and inconsistent in the gym ever since. I'd just like to get back to where I was. I have about 20 extra pounds of fat on me now, and I've gotten weaker. Want to get back down to a solid 185-190 pounds and hit the following lifts
225# snatch
305# clean and jerk
325# bench
405# squat
560# deadlift.

Those are all numbers I've hit before I got out of shape.

I have begun training for a half marathon, which will take place in May. Have always wanted to run one and just put my foot down a few weeks ago and decided I was gonna do it.

I was hoping to run the Berlin marathon, but just got the email that my number didn't get pulled. I will find some other marathon to run later in the year, but was really hoping to run that one in 2016.

My fitness goals are to stay injury-free. My mileage has been ticking up slowly, and I am starting to feel soreness in my ankles in the mornings. May have to just keep it where it is at for a while.
