Go sub-300lbs and get my mile time below 8 minutes.

Stop smoking entirely. No more one or two a week.

Been working on it and loosening up my hip

My right hammy/knee is shite. It's been giving out while playing basketball too. May be time to visit a doc

I own a gun. No need to grapple with anyone or try to do fancy choke holds if it comes to that.. Too old for that.

I injured my ankle playing soccer 6 months ago and it is not the same. Sometimes I wake up and I get on it and it hurts. It will never be the same.

And, *sigh*, I've been feeling lower back tightness and pain lately. frick my life.

I'm in the lose 60 bucket. I really need to work on portion control, so just to help me in that regard, I am doing a month of meals.

I also am going to make an effort to walk/jog for 30 minutes when I get home from work instead of collapsing straight into the couch.

Unfortunately, I've partied a little too hard in my life, so to attain these goals, I'm going to have to severely cut back on the lifestyle (and the copious amounts of booze).

I turn 30 next year, and I just am no longer happy with who I am or how I look.
