I’m here seeing about getting snipped and I’m the only one who wasn’t alive during the Eisenhower Administration.

As a urologist, are you just finger poppin old dudes’ assholes all day looking for polyps on the prostate? Surely it’s more glamorous than this.

Maybe they’re all just virile old dudes who got freaked out by the De Niro and Pacino news and are also getting snipped.

Many years back when I was considering medical school, I shadowed a urologist for a day. I asked him why he chose urology, and he said he makes $400k/year, works normal business hours, and is finished for the week by noon on Friday.

I wasn’t sure what to make of his response, but it didn’t sell me on dealing with dicks and assholes all day.

(He was himself an a-hole FWIW)

Had my bladder scoped by a urologist.

Would prefer a root canal.

I had a biopsy performed on my Prostate. It wasn't an enjoyable experience. The procedure was performed by a urologist. He took 12 tissue samples from my prostate and they were all cancer free even though my PSA count was extremely high (26).

The urologist jokingly told me I should go pitch for the Padres since they're 0-12 against me. I'm guessing the Urologist performs a ton of these procedures.

Whatever the procedure, do choose a female urologist. Those small fingers do make a difference. For whatever reason, it's taking almost 2 mths to get a new patient appointment. And most now have satellite offices. That $400K income is way off the mark nowadays.

Urologist removed one of my kidneys a little over two years ago due to a cancerous mass.
