What are the best BREC Parks to bring children to?

Recently I began searching for reviews of BREC parks to bring my little girl to. I also used Google Street View and aerial view to get an idea of how it looks and the area around it. We took her to Highland Road BREC and Leeward Drive Park and loved both.
I see that they have a lot of parks in residential neighborhoods, and was wondering which ones you might recommend? I was thinking about taking her to the new Kathy Drive park, the Antioch Blvd park, or new Jefferson Hwy Park. I have also heard good things about the Cedar Ridge Avenue park, Barringer Road park, and Jefferson Terrace park. Does the OT have any recommendations for me? Thanks in advance.

Forest Park was renovated recently, and has a fairly nice splashpad.

Highland Road Park is awesome
My wife takes our son to Leeward Park, but I've never been.
City Park is nice enough.
We mostly frequent the parks around Tara and Goodwood.

This is my subdivision. There's always people out there and they keep up with it really well. There are little scooters and trucks and toys for the kids besides just the playground equipment. I always am amazed that none of it gets stolen.

My wife said they were all gone when she went last month.
Not sure if they were stolen or if BREC had removed them. My son really misses the little "roller coaster" toy that was in there.

Based on all the parks I've been to, Leeward Park is the most underrated park in the City. It really is so cool that people leave toys out for other kids to play with. Very nice park.

Thats my park! i grew up in that neighborhood so i went all the time growing up and even until a couple years ago to play basketball. Theyve redone it, so its pretty nice. Would recommend- plenty of room in the play area and then theres a bunch of open space/grass by and behind the baseball fields. We used to play football between the basketball gym and the baseball fields all the time

Perkins Extreme Sports is the best. Even just to watch skaters/bikes/climbers. Has playground and lots of seating.
Highland has playgrounds and splash pads.
City Park has great shade, playground and dog park.

I used to go to a little park up in a neighborhood off Cedarcrest, kind of behind all those hotels next to celebration station. Had a nice basketball half court and a tennis court. Not a lot of people went to it and it was a decent lower income neighborhood. I could shoot for an hour or so and only see a handful of people come through. Had a nice playground, not many kids there though..
Also, I'd go to the one further down Cedarcrest with all the baseball fields. It had a decent half court with a 7 foot goal on one side. I used to jam the hell on that goal. It was solid and never swayed. I think that park is kind of a hook up spot though. Probably not as kid friendly..
