Pretty impressive when the CEO responds within 24 hours to address issues. Hell more like just a few hours. I was affected but not demanding my subscription to be prorated.

Would the site ever go into a limited access mode where restricts traffic from certain regions? Or can I assume that every time there's a stop sign it is a full site shutdown?
