Or things co workers go overboard on in the arse kissing department?

One guy keeps forwarding us emails (usually over the weekend) that we've already received while copying our manager. Who on the OT does this and why?

This morning I see one guy in my group fwd 3 emails to me and others in my group over the weekend as an FYI. He could clearly see we were all part of the original exploder list. This is something that's becoming a common occurance. Rant over.

Crappy grammar.

My boss occasionally sends me things that I already receive as an FYI, but he's older and technology isn't really his thing. Is the guy in your group older? No excuse for a young person to be doing it.

Or the people who keep extending the meeting asking inane questions to show the boss they have ideas or thoughts on the matter.

I'd respond back with the same manager in copy saying:

Thanks for forwarding. I'm on the same email distribution as you are. I already get this.

Make up stuff
Interject during a conversation
Ask you to do something very trivial for them
Say "my team" in front of other groups
Say "I'm overseeing" this or that

One guy bedazzled his pistol and refers to himself in 3rd person.

Yea, this guy is in his mid 30s so there is no excuse. He also references random things to try and act above us all like, "so I was talking with (insert manager or director's name) about that (insert random irrelevant topic), and...."

Well that does sound annoying Haven't run into many of those at my current office. But there is one lady here who thinks she is the catalyst for anything happening correctly here. It's pretty funny.

non-urgent emails on the weekend or midnight are definitely the preferred method at most places.

Especially if management appreciates such behavior. Hey look at Howard he sure is taking on a lot these days.

better known here as attention whoring. Ever notice how some people always seem in a hurry or act flustered because they are so busy?

(No offense to those who are actually busy or have to make mgt. decisions.)
