True, it's ugly as hell and gaudy. But someone that can afford a million dollar watch probably has the bodyguards to stop anyone from getting near him.

Most wealthy non-celebs don't walk around with a security detail, breh. Hell, you can even catch plenty of actors, musicians, etc with assets in the 10s and 100s of millions strolling down the street sipping starbucks in certain parts of LA, NY, etc.

What do yall think of this watch? My current watch is about to go in the shop and i'm looking specifically for something with a leather band.

Yeah it is the more I look at it. I want a leather band but I don't really like the shiny gloss leather look. I'd much prefer something sort of unfinished like saddle leather. I'm too picky

I wear all sorts of bands, but never anything shiny. Mine's on canvas, lined with leather, now.

I have a box full of bands for this one watch, my only 20mm lug, and I think changing them really brings the watch to life. I chose the dull black band with matching stitching for my nice band.

Tag Aqua Racer - is a great watch. Their Carrera is nice, too. Brietling will always be popular and Omega has some good stuff. I also like Rado.
I'm pretty much into clean design - I have Rolex DateJust, Tag AquaRacer, and Rado Diamaster.
