Agreed. Nobody with kids lives north of I-12.

Think the half a track you did have is now gone. Name change idea to Offtrack?

Your logic is on track with liberal logic of share the wealth...Share the damage and destruction?

I'm a retard and take offense to this statement.

If he wants to take up for his people, run to the news to talk about where to get relief supplies or when and where people can get to their homes to start assessing the damage. Coordinate some clean up crews. Start cleaning out the drainage ditches. Spend your time for what the people elected you to do.
So, let me understand your point here...

You're saying because he took 3 seconds to say he plans to sue, that that very quick soundbite of a few seconds means he isn't doing any of those things you just said?

Plus, whose going to pay all the court costs for this circus show?
So your argument is even if you're wronged, do not sue, because someone has to pay the court costs?

It's just like someone else said, this is all for publicity and to put his name on something.
Or it's to help his town out.

My whole point from the very beginning has been that now is not the time to start any kind of legal action. The ink on his legal challenge was probably dry before his city was. And what legal brief, call and scheduling with a news channel, and interview that you know of ever takes 3 seconds? He needs to help his community NOW and then he can sue whoever the hell he wants for whatever reason he wants. All he wants is his "told you so" moment and he got it but his time would have been better served on other more immediate needs.

Actually, now is the time to gather as much evidence as you can.

That's great but you're ignoring the what seems to be common sense point he is making.

He hasn't filed a suit, so he hasn't started legal action. All he said was that he plans to do it, per your linked article.

Oh, you think he's already filed suit. Well that explains it, you're confused on what has actually happened.

Or to help his town.

He needs to help his community NOW
So you're on record stating he hasn't?
