This thread motivated me to go get a Waffle House Ham and Cheese omelet this morning. Thanks to all of you.

IMO when on the interstate at 3:00 am after 9 hours of driving and three or more left before you get there, there is no better sight than a Waffle House planted at the exit where you are.

Incredible late night food place.

Grilled chicken and eggs. Eggs over easy. Hash browns and a blueberry waffle.

I don't like anything but a little ketchup on my hash downs. Unless they are from louies

There is one right off the exit we take for the lake house. It's awesome to know that it's only a 10 min drive away when we go down for the weekend.
