Damn...that wasn't even that edgy. Just a simple observation of the mental gymnastics people go through

So at what point does your view change?

A dolphin in the same situation?

A dog behind a truck? You have to take the hair off before you eat them.

How about a cow being quartered while alive?

That's a damn good question.

Now ideally, you aren't going to want to put your meat through a whole lot of undue stress because it can spoil the meat. But I mean, let's be honest, the reason Slaughterhouses try and kill animals quickly isn't because they care. It's about efficiency. So I don't really care how you go about ripping the life away from your meat. That's on you.

Likewise, I don't care how you kill invasive or nuisance or dangerous species. You're killing them, just like in war. And war is a bloody messy thing. So blow them up. Poison them. Trap them. Smash them. Shoot them. Burn them. I don't care if you enjoy it or cry the whole time. You do a job you do it right and take the kid gloves off.

Now pets...that's a different story. I think we naturally have an aversion to killing cute fluffy animals because they just look so darn cute. (Although some of the biggest animal defenders have no issue with tearing a human baby to pieces then vacuuming it up, so explain that one to me.)

You lure a neighborhood dog into your garage and meticulously remove all its skin while keeping it alive for shits and giggles...that's kind of fricked up. But if you cut a live frog into pieces and put it on a plate...you're just Japanese.

Humanity has been far more brutal over the course of history so if you look at it in that manner you kind of just make peace with things.

Taken to its logical endpoint, you should be either pro-killing animals and understand the bloody nature of it, or anti-killing any animals because you see it as morally wrong.

Grey areas are just cultural and social mores in this time period.

At what point is it become ok for you? 30 mph? 20? 10?

At a certain point your trolling (not the internet sense).

That shark probably died pretty quickly. The rest is just mutilating the body. Sport fishing is pretty fricked up if you look at every way it hurt the individual fish as immoral.

Cruelty to animals. A sure sign you are dealing with winners.

Dragging a dog on a Louisiana road would likely kill it very quickly too. One or two potholes and it's ready to mutilate.

But we don't hunt dogs for sport, stab them a couple times if they are undersized and release them back into the wild.

Also, they are too greasy of a meat so we don't eat them.

pretty stupid of them to put the video out in todays society with all the fruit cakes out there. But it is a shark. Hopefully it was dead, but it is just a shark.

Your catfish example is weak. The moment you get it in the boat you bash it's head in. You don't smash it's caudal fin and then let it suffocate for your pleasure. One is okay and the other tells us that you are mentally ill.

If you can't discern the difference.. can't help you. The rest of the world can. I guess you're just a special little snowflake or something.

There is no other answer to this. It's plain and simple cruelty to animals, and people who do this are sick and twisted. It's the same as abusing an infant. They should go to jail for a long time.

yes, its "just a shark", but the big picture is the psychological nature of it all.

You bash catfishes' heads in?
I, and everyone else I know, just throws them on ice or on the stringer, or the live well, or just on the ground. They're fricking fish you simpering moron.

And why the frick would you smash their tail?
Basically you are saying that anyone who doesn't bludgeon a fish to death (which according to you is merciful) as soon as they are ripped out the water is mentally ill.

Oh! Look at it trying to use snowflake without any real understanding of what the term means?

If you don't think abusing an infant is a sign of someone who is sick and twisted, I don't know what to tell you.

You just compared someone towing a dying shark through the water...to someone that abuses babies.
