Wait wait wait...this is what people are outraged against? A fricking shark being towed?
Save me the god damn virtue signaling. You see, this is one of the problems with social media. shite like this comes out and for some reason people feel compelled like they should care. Or to at least appear to care.
The problem is, you don't. You really don't. Because as "heinous" as this is (and it's pretty tame by real standards) it doesn't touch the stuff that goes on daily in this world.
Chinamen eat frogs and dogs alive (and admittedly, maybe they are delicious). So you may watch Facebook video and then post about how appalled we are...but then we go about our lives, because truly, we have no fricks to give.
We are overloaded with things we are supposed to "care" about. The problem is these things we pretend to care about are dwarfed by real, actual problems that we have the power to fix or at least help.
It's like Cedric the Famous lion again. No one really cared before and no one really gave a shite after, but by golly did people sure pretend their asses off trying to show how much they did to others.
None of you who eat meat have any right to bitch about this. How an animal dies is pretty damn irrelevant. Damn shark was probably dead in a few seconds anyway.
I mean, vegans are annoying as hell but at least they are taking a (stupid and pointless) stand.
