I knew Chad when he was a cadet at the AFA. Saw him a couple of years after he retired from the Cowboys. Same old Chad. A true professional from his active duty days to his career with the Cowboys. They don't come any better.

I spent 20 years on active duty in the AF. Chad was an individual I would have been honored to serve under his command. A truly outstanding officer and gentleman.

They don't come any better. If he hadn't left the AF to join the Cowboys, I'm positive he would have worn stars at the end of his AF career.
