Heads up display (speedometer specifically). Whenever I'm driving not my car I have minor heart attacks when I realize I haven't paid attention to how fast I'm going. Same with back up sensors, but I'm sure I could replace that with a camera.

True keyless entry where you don't have to dig the key fob out your pocket, just walk up and grab the door. Every vehicle I will own will have this feature.

I have automatic collision avoidance braking. Has saved my arse once in almost three years of use. Once is enough to make it something I won't do without into the future.

Power windows. My 97 truck didn't have them. It wasn't standard at the time.

There for a while, when I first got a truck with a dimmer switch on the column, I'd get honked at and flipped off while I was stomping the floor with my left foot wondering where the dimmer switch went.

If not for automatic headlights, I'd likely cause chaos on the roads at night.

Key-less entry, but also back then you wasn't so worried about leaving your doors unlocked

Comfort Access and Bluetooth are probably the two tech features I use the most.

Honorable mention to back up camera and parking sensors.
