An armed mob would be justified in surrounding the police station and forcing them to disarm, strip to their underwear and walk out of town with their heads down, making eye contact with no one, or take their chances in a shootout with the townsfolk

I still don’t know how there hasn’t been a mass resignation within the police force. If I was the “chief”, I’d be worried that a parent of one of the deceased would be ready to gun me down at any corner.

It really gets worse and worse each press release. At this point I’m expecting they released the monster from Stranger Things from the school.

I'm 100% for the 5th amendment, due process, and someone being innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. I think it's one of those things that can't be argued against in any circumstance. A hard line in the sand.

But the more that comes out about this, and the more silence we get from the other end, the more I start to wonder what it will take to get to the bottom of what happened.

We aren't talking about classified military ops here. These were local officers and kids being gunned down in a school. This one comes dangerously close to convincing me that some situations are better left to a more savage form of justice if we ever want to truly know what was going on.

Arredondo, who spoke only briefly at two short news conferences on the day of the shooting, appeared behind state officials speaking at news conferences over the next two days, but was not present at McCraw's Friday news conference.

After that news conference, members of the media converged at Arredondo's home and police cruisers took up posts there. At one point, a man answering the door at Arredondo's house told a reporter for The Associated Press that Arredondo was "indisposed."

"The truth will come out," said the man before closing the door.

Not really weirder, just becoming what we all knew to begin with, it was a Dim setup to push their gun control narrative

Dims will kill anybody to get what they want

The more info that comes out, the more the folks who say this was let to happen on purpose sound saner. I'm not convinced anymore that they're wrong.

This isn't the first rodeo, if people's first thought when these things happen is conspiracy theory, they haven't been properly paying attention the last 20 years. It's not a theory anymore, it's a conspiracy.

They should have realized how badly they screwed this up and just pulled the bandaid off fast and laid all of their terrible cards on the table in one humiliating act. Just get it all over with and let the healing begin. Their pathetic attempt to hide their cowardice and incompetence coupled with the slow, daily trickle of shocking disclosures is just so aggravating.

But that's not what happened here

A contingent of this board is obsessed with child porn or child rape and insert it into nearly every news story. Weird af.

That's because the government actively uses it to frame people

You want to agree with me because you know deep down it’s just plain incompetence.

Incompetence is inaction

Actively stopping parents and officers from doing something by effectively arresting them isn't incompetence, it's a conspiracy

Especially now that they passed a new gun bill that does absolutely nothing to prevent something like this. Only erodes freedom.

Makes you wonder about said training.

I think something very sinister happened with law enforcement here.

It has been reported, that the officer who's wife was a teacher, got shot and called him dying, was the one that did the training! The other cops took his gun, and made him leave the scene.

You would have been detained by multiple other officers and carried away just like him.

They would have had to shoot and kill me. I'm armed, my wife called and said she was shot and dying, I'm going in and DO NOT GET IN MY WAY!

know it gets old for the young pups here, but had this been in the 80s/90s, any person w a gun would've been welcomed. Dads, Grandpa, anyone.

Chances are that we had our guns in the truck in the school parking lot anyway.

I mean, the people who shoved Jews into gas chambers were just "baw cops" in their time and culture.

I’m not defending these cops at all but the guards at the extermination camps were selected for their hatred of Jews etc. Pretty sure the SS ran it which definitely aren’t run of the mill German baws

Every single one of these cowardly frickers would have flipped the switch on the gas chambers without a second thought.

Why is it impossible to believe a police chief (or whatever cop was in charge that day) wouldn’t be able to issue a stand down order or simply make no decision at all and facilitate this type of outcome?

There’s a huge difference in that which this chief obviously did and him being tied to some sort of globalist deep state cabal in some huge conspiracy. Take it for what it is, an incompetent coward and nothing more.
